Order processing time refers to the time required to prepare the package and hand it over to the courier—not the delivery time to the customer.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
We recommend providing an address where someone is always available to receive the package.
