General Terms of Sale – www.adesivitastiera.it

These terms clearly and transparently govern the sale of products on the website www.adesivitastiera.it. We invite you to read them carefully: every purchase implies full acceptance of the following conditions.

Online Sales Contract

By purchasing through our website, you are entering into a distance contract pursuant to the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005). The contract is finalized between you (the Customer) and us (the Supplier) via the web platform using distance communication technology (Internet).

Purchase Methods

You can only order products that are visible online at the time of purchase. Product descriptions are based on data provided by manufacturers and may present slight differences (e.g., color, dimensions, accessories). Images are for illustrative purposes only.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Date and time of receipt

  • Order number

  • All details entered in the order

Please carefully check the information received and notify us promptly of any necessary corrections. You can also check the status of your order in the “Customer Area – Order Status” section.

    Weekly Newsletter

By registering on the site, you agree to receive 1 or 2 emails per week with offers and news. This is not spam. You can unsubscribe at any time:

    • By entering your email in the box on the homepage and selecting “Unsubscribe” from the menu

    • Or by emailing us directly to request removal

      Prices and Invoicing

All prices include VAT and are intended for the general public. They may be changed at any time without notice, based on market fluctuations.

If an incorrect price is displayed (due to a typographical error or supplier communication), we reserve the right to cancel the order—even after confirmation—without obligation of prior notice.

Since we operate under a simplified tax regime, invoices are issued only upon explicit request from the customer before shipment.

      Delivery Times and Shipping

Order fulfillment takes place within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of payment. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.

You have the right to refuse delivery only if:

      • The delivery exceeds the 30-day timeframe

      • You canceled the order before shipment via email, fax, or registered mail

In all other cases, refusal of the goods will result in the charge of shipping costs (both ways), storage, and handling fees.

Reading these terms protects you and helps you make informed purchases.
If you have any questions, our customer service is at your full disposal.
