The European platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) was officially deactivated on 20 July 2025, following the adoption of Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. This tool is no longer available for managing disputes between consumers and sellers.

Nonetheless, there are still official channels available to help you assert your rights in the event of a dispute.
