You can only order products that are visible online at the time of purchase. Product descriptions are based on data provided by manufacturers and may present slight differences (e.g., color, dimensions, accessories). Images are for illustrative purposes only.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

• Order number

• All details entered in the order

Prices and Invoicing

If an incorrect price is displayed (due to a typographical error or supplier communication), we reserve the right to cancel the order—even after confirmation—without obligation of prior notice.

Since we operate under a simplified tax regime, invoices are issued only upon explicit request from the customer before shipment.

Delivery Times and Shipping

Order fulfillment takes place within a maximum of 30 days from receipt of payment. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund.

You have the right to refuse delivery only if:

• The delivery exceeds the 30-day timeframe

• You canceled the order before shipment via email, fax, or registered mail

In all other cases, refusal of the goods will result in the charge of shipping costs (both ways), storage, and handling fees.
