RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to Article 3 of Legislative Decree 185/99, regarding consumer protection in distance contracts, the Customer, who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 10 working days starting from the day the products are received.

The withdrawal must be exercised by sending, within the aforementioned deadline under penalty of forfeiture, a written communication by registered letter with return receipt that clearly states the intention to withdraw from the concluded contract.

This communication must be addressed to our address; please contact us to request it.

The communication may also be sent, within the same deadline, by email or telegram.

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, they must, at their own expense, return the goods INTACT and UNUSED (in their original packaging).

ACCEPTANCE AND RETURNS

The Products shall be deemed accepted by the Customer at the time of their delivery. Without prejudice to the case in which the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal, such acceptance is presumed until the Customer informs the Seller, as soon as possible and in any case no later than 14 working days from the day of receipt of the Products, that the Products were delivered in an inoperable condition or are otherwise defective.

Following such communication, the Seller will, at its discretion, replace the defective products or refund the amount paid by the Customer for their purchase. The Seller reserves the right to test the Products upon their return and to charge the Customer any costs incurred by the Seller in the event of a false claim of inoperability or defects.

Returns Information

The Customer who wishes to return purchased products has 15 (fifteen) days from the delivery date of the order.

The products that the Customer may return to the Seller must have been previously purchased by the Customer on the Site and must have been delivered to them. To obtain a refund, the product must be returned in a condition that allows it to be resold, in its original packaging, and it must be accompanied by all user instructions and any accessories. It must always include the respective barcodes and original labels.

 

How does it work?

Warning: returns without a return label will not be accepted.

If the Return Label is lost, you can request a new one by contacting customer service.

If returning items from different orders, please separate them according to the various Return Labels in order to facilitate the work of store staff.

The company reserves the right to accept or refuse returned products that do not meet the specific requirements or that are not considered suitable for exchange or return.

 

To ship an item back, you must follow the instructions provided on the return label requested from Customer Service.

 

1. Carefully pack the products in the chosen parcel.

2. Make sure the parcel is perfectly sealed with adhesive tape.

3. Stick the return label provided by Customer Service on the parcel.

4. Ship the parcel with a trackable shipping method.

Warning: returns made without the appropriate label will not be processed. If the return label has been lost, please contact Customer Service to obtain another one.

Shipping costs for the product are borne by the Customer. If the items come from different orders, please affix the different return labels initially provided upon delivery of each order to the return parcel.

 

5. Upon receipt of the goods at our warehouse, and subject to confirmation of the condition of the product(s), we will proceed to refund the invoiced amount to the account used to pay for the order.

We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned products that do not meet the requirements defined above or that are deemed unsuitable for the return service.

 

Damaged or defective products

In the event of a return due to defects or errors attributable to us, please contact Customer Service to obtain the procedure to follow; otherwise, we will not be able to cover the reshipping costs.

 

Personalized products

For personalized products that you wish to return by exercising the right of withdrawal, the seller is generally not obliged to accept the return or offer you an exchange.
